Life this place. Self serve coffee (iced and hot) and sodas. Great selection of good ample seating. Sometimes a bit slow at counter. But usually line moves along just fine. Free wifi and free refills make for a great place for a long heart to heart or refuge to get away from your normal life.

Not bad for a breakfast option if you're in a hurry. The service is always good. They've never messed up and order of ours. I like their bagel thin options, and my husband always get a few things. I personally dislike their egg patties -- they're obviously not real eggs. But they're not bad and they are edible. All in all it's a dependable option.

Its good, but I've had better in CA. I like their pretzel bagel, dutch apple, and pumpkin crunch. They're always crowded when we go and I think that they can improve their customer svc.

This place is amazing. They have a lot of options ranging from breakfast to lunch or just a quick snack. The healthy options they sell are delicious and don't lose any flavor at all! I used to eat the Garlic Asiago bagel bites everyday until they were discontinued (why I gave 4 stars). Here is to hoping they bring it back. P.S. The staff is awesome and it is hard to find good employees these days.

Screw Starbucks. They seem to pop up right next to every Einstein's location there is like a parasite, honing in on their action. The coffee here is just as good and you can get as much as you want. I usually only ever get the "Club Mex" on a honey whole wheat bagel, with potato salad. But that's because it's one of the best lunches around. The coffee is excellent, and very strong. I'm definitely a lightweight with caffeine, but one full mug in my refill cup and I'm pretty hopped up.. tend to get half decaf too. The breakfast sandwiches are pretty good, but haven't had them much. It's never been too crowded when I come in, or much of a wait. Maybe it's worse in the morning. The staff are all very nice and friendly. Great place, never had a problem.

They get my order wrong, but I keep going back because the bagels are fresh and the servers are friendly. The manager is rude.

My wife and I go there every weekend for breakfast. Staff is always friendly and polite. The green chili bagel is awesome.

Einstein's bagels are great - they're soft and yummy and they have a large, albeit weird selection. But they are insanely stingy with the cream cheese. As a visiting New Yorker, I didn't expect to have to ask for a normal amount of cream cheese. Usually in NY, the bagel places smother on cream cheese, and the dilemma is scraping some off but I guess Einstein went the opposite route. When I got home, I saw my bagel had the thinnest, most paltry schmear, with all the edges empty. And my bagel was $8. -___-

i have been so many times and only one time have they had my asiago bagel! they always run out of the chili too! other einsteins stay open for dinner, which would be great, especially winter months and u want chili for dinner! please keep the bagels and chili ready!

I appreciate the efficiency of this place...has a more panera/st louis bread co feel than a typical bagel shop. Free wifi, good coffee selection and comfy bench seating on one wall. The intersection needs a light or less stop signs and would be a fantastic locale. While I just had the coffee and a delicious pumpkin bagel, they do offer a wide variety of sandwiches and meals. I plan on frequenting this place, not only for the coffee but also for the atmosphere!

Never had a problem with this Einstein and I've been in many times. I think my only complaint would be the wait can get long if I come in at a popular time in the morning. My order has always been fulfilled correctly. This is important because my cubemates like to customize their egg sandwiches, so I like having it right when it's my turn to bring in breakfast. The staff is always nice and smiley except for every 1 out of 4 visits. Bagels themselves are soft and chewy, but they do not age well - not good as leftovers! The egg sandwiches are okay - nothing creative, they're microwaved, but I've ordered them several times and they're always consistent. I'll take that. What I find odd is that one egg sandwich costs less than ordering two sliced bagels with shmear. Place is usually clean, but if you get there after 8AM, it takes them some time to wipe down the tables that have collected crumbs all morning. Einstein is also set up more like a cafe than just a bagel shop.

Out of bagels and cream for the coffee. Server suggested I get pumpernickel bagels. Yuck! just didn't go with the blueberry cream cheese I had. Tables were dirty too. Won't be going there again.

Great whole grain bagels, although softer than other bakeries. Fast and convenient. Super service. Personal note: hummus has beans in it other than chickpeas. Allergic reaction set me back.

Good bagels, but where is that friendly morning smile. I asked for three bags with my doz bagels and got only two.

I asked for an egg bagel and the guy behind the counter had never heard of them. An odd gimmicky selection of seasonal bagels, but decent enough for a chain. VERY clean location, but noisy. Get your bagels to go.

Einstein Bagels... Hmm when you have "bagels" in your name you'd assume that they wouldn't be out of bagels. They were out of the bagel used for the sandwich I ordered and also the bagel that was on the side. Then it was like a mental checkmate for several employees to figure out how to refund the difference between the gourmet bagel and a basic bagel. Of course we forgot to ask for the difference back on the sandwich. I also had to ask for the side that came with the sandwich, only to have the employee look at me dumbfounded.

Good bagels when they are not out of a particular flavor that you want. It seems that they really can't grasp the idea of supply and demand at this location. I really enjoy the Lox bagel. Pretty darn good, but expensive. Speaking of expensive, this place will put a HURTING on your wallet. For about the same price you pay for a bagel and drink here, you might as well go for full breakfast service at a restaurant. Seriously. We ended up paying over $20 on my last visit here at Einstein (for a family of 3). That's about what I usually spend at Egg and I.

Not a bad establishment at all, they seem to have a great selection of bagels and a multitude of options so you can piece together a great sandwich. The place was filled with a large mixture older folks and soccer moms out for a bagel in between T.V. Shows or little Billy's tournament. Their everything bagel was not impressive but their garlic bagel is incredible. They also have the coffee experience to go with it. Which I find funny considering Starbucks shares the same wall. The definite negative is the price, two bagel sandwiches and a coffee for 14$

It is hit and miss with this place. They are either quick or slow.

Impressed by their selection and quick service. Bagels were very good.

The food and beverages are generally good. It's not overly crowded like many similar places. The free WiFi is inconsistent and they don't design it for easy access to the outlets. I m guessing this is why it is not as crowded as other coffee style places. The Spicy Elmo for breakfast is outstanding. The service is mixed. More than once our order was lost.

Best bagels around. I have eaten them for years. Because of price though, it is getting expensive. But the cream cheese is wonderful! Good selection and updated menu.
